With a background in Project and Information Management from Hogeschool Gent, Pieter-Jan combines technical insight with leadership. Since 2008, he has supported Fluvius’ Customer Service department from within ICT, currently serving as Head of ICT Applications.
Known for his collaborative mindset and people-first approach, Pieter-Jan builds bridges between business and technology, always aiming to empower both customers and employees.
In his current role, he facilitates the shift toward product-oriented teams, while ensuring continuity of legacy systems and enabling the rollout of new digital solutions. His focus is on helping teams grow in autonomy and collaboration, delivering seamless experiences across app, portal, and contact center.
