Kjell Kleyn is an Application Consultant for MECOMS at Ferranti, where he focuses on translating business requirements into scalable and future-proof utility solutions. With a solid background in ICT and functional analysis, he acts as a bridge between business users and development teams. Kjell has built up deep expertise in the Belgian energy market, with a strong focus on Distribution System Operators (DGO’s) and market interaction processes. He supports clients in handling complex data flows, aligning with regulatory standards, and streamlining operations through MEEP.
Currently, Kjell is involved in the implementation of MEEP at one of Belgium’s major DGO’s, where he helps integrate and configure the platform to enhance data processing, automation, and operational efficiency. During Boost, he will be present at the tech booth to showcase MEEP, Ferranti’s flexible platform designed to extend MECOMS capabilities and support utility companies in meeting evolving business and regulatory demands.
