Jens Meijen is a founder and managing partner at UMANIQ, an AI governance, risk & compliance consultancy. He is also a doctoral researcher at KU Leuven and a research fellow at the Portulans Institute in Washington DC. Previously, he was a Fulbright Fellow at Stanford University, a Europaeum Scholar in the University of Oxford’s Europaeum network, a Global Policy Fellow at the Institute for Technology and Society in Rio de Janeiro, and an Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leader in Morocco.
